Construção reforçada em chapa de aço, com exclusivo sistema de dobras que proporciona excelente rigidez mecânica.
Estrutura em chapa de aço, perfurada com o passo de 40mm.
Base soleira em chapa de aço, com altura de 100mm.
Porta, tampa traseira, tampa lateral e teto em chapa de aço.
Porta com trilho perfurado internamente, com possibilidade de abrir para o lado direito ou esquerdo, acionado por fecho maçaneta escamoteável com chave universal, podendo ser substítuido por outro tipo de fecho.
Tampa traseira opcionalmente substítuivel por porta.
Perfis de borracha em todo o contorno da porta, laterais, tampa traseira e o teto (Vedação IP-54).
Dobradiças reforçadas, com pinos especiais, desmontável manualmente.
Possibilidade de acoplamento lateral, frontal e traseiro.
Todo o fechamento é removivel, permitindo acesso por todos os lados.
Tratamento por processo de fosfatização química composta de 10 banhos consecutivos.
Acabamento em pintura eletrostática a pó cor cinza claro (Ral 7032) para as estruturas e fechamento
e laranja (Ral 2003) para placas de montagem, seção de placa e longarinas.
Base soleira na cor preta (Ral 9011)

Fornecimento standard: Estrutura, teto, porta com fecho tipo universal,
tampa traseira e base soleira.
Acabamento em pintura eletrostática em pó de resina poliéster, cor cinza
RAL 7032.
Acessórios opcionais: Placa de montagem, tampa lateral, tampa interior,
longarina, argolas para içamento, conexões para acoplamento porta
documento (em acrílico), teto e sobre teto, porta com visor de acrílico,
teto protetor, perfil vertical “L”, perfil vertical “C”.

OBS: As placas de montagens, longarinas, perfil vertical “L” e perfil “C”,
são pintados na cor laranja RAL 2003
